Dr. Williams is terrific. She really takes her time and listens. I never feel rushed through an appointment and she is patient and thoughtful while answering my questions.

If you are looking for a practice that treats you like a person and not a number, don’t come here. Very difficult to get an appointment, and if you call with any complication or health issue, good luck getting a timely call back. Dr Williams is impossible to get in touch with so you’re left to search the internet for answers. This practice has taken too many patients and has eliminated personal care.

Dr Williams is truly the best! So professional and personable! She makes it enjoyable to go to the doctor! She also has excellent clinical skills and I completely trust her judgement without hesitation.

Don't be late even if it's not your fault because they won't fit you in and then it takes months before you can see her again. No compassion for people that don't live around here and don't know the area no matter how many times I've tried to make it here. I literally left in time but everybody knows how Chicago is in the traffic and the construction it's crazy and I'm a Small Town Country Girl. The problem is you can't be late but doctors can be late and running behind all the time and you can sit in a waiting room for hours but that's okay but you're not allowed to be late. It sucks because I really wanted to find a good doctor for my issues. I give up I'm just going to live with it.

I can't say enough about how amazing Dr. Williams is as a doctor. She is thorough, caring, engaging and wants the best for her patients. One of the best doctors I have ever had.
