Someone called about a video appointment. They called my house and not my cell as asked. No name left on message. really poor communication. Cancelled appointment.

Dr Ivanova is the best doctor I've ever been to. She takes so much time with each patient, she makes you feel important and that you matter to her. She takes a real personal interest in all her patients. She is so kind but firm, she really cares!

I have been a patient of Dr. Ivanova's for almost 16 years!!! Yes, as others have mentioned, she does tend to run a little late when waiting for your appt., but that's because she takes time with her patients and she cares!!! I have recommended her to others as well and they are just as pleased.

One of the best geriatric doctors I've ever dealt with, for my mom. I'm a retired paramedic and know a thing or two about patient care. Dr. Ivanova will be mom's doc for life.

Dr. Ivanova is busy because she is good. You definitely have to plan ahead to get an appt and unless you're the first patient of the day, expect to wait. But you will NOT be disappointed. She is thorough, caring, and kind. She is also very accommodating when it comes to referrals. It's hard to find doctors like her anymore, which explains why her calendar is always full. So bring a book and a water bottle; she is worth the wait.
