Excellent Bed Side Manner

incredibly rude to family/patient. even witnessed her yelling at a nurse. seems to think she is God and that noone can question her, or simply ask a question. this is sad as its good to see women physicians, however, this one needs to work on her professionalism and courtesy. will no longer be taking my family member to see her and will be sure to spread the word to others of her poor attitude.

I see Dr. Lopez due to a chronic medical condition. She's doesn't baby you and will be very direct and frank with you. If your messing up on following directions she will call you out on it but in my case it's good cuz it get me back on the ball. Waiting times aren't too terrible beats the 1-2 hours I've waited at other clinics. Staff is pretty friendly.Place is clean and cool.

Saw this doctor only once and was the worst doctor visit to date. She did not want to give me a referral to an Orthopedic specialist because as she put it, "you're not in a wheel chair". So one has to be totally incapacitated to be referred to a specialist. I was in pain from a motorcycle accident and explained this to her. I almost had to convince her to give me the referral. The ordeal only continued with her incompetent office staff which at one point asked that I speak to my insurance because they could not do their job right.Stay away!!

After a month in hospital, she sent me to a rehab facility where I nearly died of hypotension. After another month sent me home where after two weeks had to go to another hospital emergency with severe hypotension. The doctors at the second hospital diagnosed the cause correctly and treated me successfully. Ms. Lopez Coronado apparently thinks more of how important she appears than about caring about her patients.

after switching to dr lopez to deal with a chronic health issue I can say the worst part of the clinic is the wait times and she can be very blunt to the point of almost seeming rude but I've had had any problems with her yet.

Was my first visit w this doctor and will be my last. After detailing my list of medical issues,I was sent for blood work. I was told by the Doc that she would only call if there was something wrong in the results. After not hearing from her, I was told there was nothing wrong w me. Guess what? I still have the medical issues and are certainly not going away on their own! I called the office and was told I had to do another appointment. Why would anyone do that if that was the reason one goes to the doctor to begin with! The office personnel are terrible at doing their job in dealing with the insurance, are RUDE, and very unprofessional. I am being restrained and lacking details but this is what I think this doctor and its office.

The receptionist looked over the nurses shoulder while I filled out their health questionaire. She said she liked to see what people listed under their sexual history. The wait times were always long and my billing was always denied by insurance because it wasn't submitted properly. The doctor is competent but her staff is the least professional I have seen.
