Dr. Analuina Estrada, MD

This whole office is awful and really don't care or listen to their patients. Avoid at all cost! There are so many other quality providers in the area.

Dr. Estrada has delivered 2 of my 4 children. I absolutely love her. I had vaginal deliveries with all 4 of my children and I can tell you that it is the job of the nurses to monitor and check up on you while in labor. The nurses notify the doctor when you are ready to deliver and that is when the doctor comes. She can't be expected to sit next to your bed for 15 hours, which is a pretty normal length of time for first time deliveries. She has always been friendly to me and answered all my questions, I have recommended several of my friends to her and they are all very pleased as well.

I used Dr Estrada for prenatal care for both of my girls. I had two low risk pregnancies and found that her style match my personality; she is a no-nonsense doctor. Her office runs on schedule the majority of the time, only once have I had to wait longer than 10 minutes.

I am only writing this to inform others who really want to choose a good birth experience. I had a scheduled induction. Upon 40 week check, I was declared 3 cm dilated. Upon arriving to the hospital, suddenly I was only 1/2 a cm. Hmmm... Not counseled otherwise by anyone (doctor no where to be seen) I went ahead as planned only to endure a a 15 hour pitocin drip and absolutely wrung out and in riggors from the hormone just racking my body to death! Around 11 p.m., a nurse came in and checked me and said...may have to do a c-section. You aren't dilating. WHAT?! No Dr. Estrada at all. All day. Not one sighting of her whatsoever. She finally mosies in around midnight only to discover a "lazy cervix" and only then do I get some help! Finally near 1:00 a.m., my baby girl came. I was too tired to even push. Too tired to enjoy her for even a few minutes. So exhausted and cannot believe I was left for so long to suffer like that. I will never, never go back to Dr. Estrada. … Did she ever follow up with me after the birth? Apologize for having left me like that for so long without checking in on me...? No. Not at all.

Dr. Analuina Estrada is the worst Obgyn. She is irresponsible, rude, unclear, and moody. She gave me, and my friend wrong due dates so, all our tests were messed up. She shouted, screamed, and gave me wrong informations about the test results. She didn't call me back when I called her after my due date was crossed. She told me that having natural delivery and inducing is the same. I got terrible infection after surgery, and she didn't reply my calls. She is a greedy doctor who only thinks of making money, and don't give a crap about the patients.

When pregnant with my first child I had major complications with at 32 weeks and had to have an emergency c-section. Dr. Estrada was great at handling the situation so my health did not get worse. When pregnant with my 2nd child she was very diligent about my health and making sure that I wasn't having symptoms of Pre-Eclampsia again. She also supported my decision to have a VBAC. As long as she is still practicing she will be my doctor!

I really liked Dr. Estrada and her staff. They were wonderful and all my questions were answered!

Doctor is fine but the receptionist "Mary" at "Olathe Women's Center" is very moody & rude. Nurses frequently forget to inform or inform only half of the results. Staffs made me feel uncomfortable & rude call back nurse.

I felt completely rushed I know she is busy but dang you don't finish your conversation with one pt while walking into the next pt room! She rattled off some diagnosis she "thinks" I have told me if I wanted a specialist to let her know later told me a diet for the problem and then took NO time to answer my questions or even explain what she "thinks" I have. I am so furious I am changing Dr TODAY!
