Formal Complaint: I told DR. ANAM SIDDIQUI that her behavior towards me made me uncomfortable; and, DR. ANAM SIDDIQUI cancelled me as a patient and chose not to fill the prescription that was the purpose of the appointment. DR. ANAM SIDDIQUI knew I would have a VERY hard time securing another appointment for my psychological medication that I will run out of on 4/27/20205 - today is 4/16/2025. IF she chose to fill the meds I would be looking at a mentally stable future with 45 days to find another DR..... - Did she not take the Hippocratic Oath to "Do no Harm????" Because sending patients away without taking care of them - when you can - that is harmful, maybe even deadly - AND - if they experience harm/death... that can be a lawsuit. Misunderstanding someone's medical history, making medical decisions not based in logic or math that could negatively impact the patient's mental health, and refusing to conduct preventative tests to discover early signs of cancer - DOES HARM.… Moreover - FOLLOWING DR. ANAM SIDDIQUI's PROGNOSIS WITHOUT QUESTIONING HER, COULD HAVE CAUSED MY DEATH.
