Dr. Anastasia Solovieva, MD

Dr. Solovieva is sensitive, kind and knowledgeable. Being a Ovarian and Uterine Cancer survivor she has been thorough, informative and honest with my care. Her staff has always been kind and ethical I can not say enough good statement about Dr. Solovieva and her staff. I am so grateful and secure with the medical care I am receiving.

I really do not understand all the bad reviews I am reading. Her staff was very friendly and so was she. She couldn't fix my problem but told me to go to the er immediately. It took about an hour and the Dr she referred me to at the ER admitted me for surgery. Mind you this was the first time I had been to her and she wasn't receiving any money for walking into my room just to see how I was doing even though she was not my Dr there. Funny thing was the nurses at the hospital on my floor didn't know she was a Dr because she was in street clothes and asked me who she was. I will keep her as my OBGYN Dr just because she checked on me even though I was not her patient at the time.

She(dr.) is always in a hurry, talks fast, doesnt take the time to listen to my concerns, rather refer you out then deal with any issues. Doesnt offer any info to help make a decision, told me to ask the nurse. Also rather everyone have a c-section, because it is quick for her!

I am astonished to see one star reviews. I guess it might be due to a lack of cultural differences and awareness? I recently moved to Crystal River and found Dr. Solovieva by accident. She is very knowledgeable and very to the point. She answered all questions that I had and made me feel valued without flowery language or the need to coddle me. When it came time to deliver, all the nurses on staff spoke very highly of her and I could see why. She is a very strong patient advocate, I would recommend her to anyone.

OMG! This place needs to be shut down ! Absolutely rude staff and Dr.Solovieva has NO BEDSIDE manners! Dr. Solovieva walked in and told me that I was sick, and then got up and left! She came back and stood at the door and said by the way, stop taking the med that she prescribed! I am not going back! If I could give them a negative, I would! And the same thing happened to me when I got them exam, I bleed for over a WEEK! I called them and they were ABSOLUTELY RUDE ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! This women is money hungry and they overcharged me and had to send me a refund ! Bye! Bye!

BEWARE !!! I DON'T EVEN WANT TO GIVE HER A STAR BUT IT IS REQUIRED ! This Morning I had an Appt. with This OBGYN, Doctor..I even hate to use that word for her because she, "in my opinion" she is a money hungry example of an uneducated, desperate, drop-out, from a school of ill repute. She does not care about the new patients that walk into her clinic.Her office is in what looks like a shed that she had made into a clinic. My morning appointment was awful and with no understanding on her part as she does tests first and then explains later. She does NOT even ask first as she proceeds on with another test on me. and since the first one that she performed on me was a biopsy she then proceeds to tell me that she needs to do surgery on me in order to do the the biopsy. Then I said " well I would have to see if my insurance would cover a surgical biopsy. Then she said "Oh you have insurance and they will cover it ". This was all in the first 5 minutes of examining me!!! Hopefully other … women will read these comments before they even call and set up an appt with her and reconsider. I could go on and on but I think the person who wrote that "she is just business and no bed-side manners to speak of" had said it all. Again BEWARE of this woman calling herself a doctor. DO NOT MAKE THE APPOINTMENT!

I walked in and up to the front desk, waited for the girl to acknowledge me, she didn't. I finally said, Hi, my name is.. and I have an appointment. (Very rudely and without eye contact), She told me I was late! I wasn't I confirmed the appt the day before with the same girl. She handed me paperwork, then proceeded to tell say to me, "Before you do this paperwork, see that door open with the light on, you need to go in and PEE in a cup". "Write you name on it and put it in the window". This is in front of about 10 people! Never have I been told in the lobby of a doctors office to go and pee in a cup! After I "Peed in a cup". I came back out and filled out the paperwork, I handed it in. She holds up my paperwork, (front page is full of Very Personal Questions), and is telling me very loudly to correct certain things..embarrassing personal things! Might I mind you, there are men, women, babies all in the lobby, seeing and hearing all about my personal info! I should have walked out but I… figured I would wait to meet the doctor! The nurse calls me back and I am sitting in a room, her on the opposite end and she is yelling out questions to me, which I had to yell back. Quite a big room, hope no one else heard us speaking. I get undressed and I am waiting on the table, the doctor comes in. She says very few words to me, she is in a big hurry. She does the exam and another procedure. I am crying on the table b/c it is hurting so bad! I'm asking her to stop, the pain was unbearable. She tells me to stop moving, it's almost over, and to scoot back down. While I am in stirrups, the nurse OPENS THE DOOR AND WALKS OUT! My entire lower area is exposed to the hallway. Not to mention, the second half of my visit, still up in stirrups, I have NO nurse in the ROOM with me! She finishes and tells me she will send it off. She turns on the light and walks out the door. I was in shock! I couldn't believe what just happened to me! I didn't know if I should get dressed, if I was finished, if anyone was coming back in, Nothing? After about 5 minutes, I as I am putting on my top on , the nurse comes in and starts changing the table!! I said, I'm not dressed yet, she told me, she needed to change the bed. I walk to the front where I have to endure the awful girl at the front again! I leave, I cried all the way home! When I got out of my car, I had blood all down my legs, all over my pants and all in my car. I was devastated. No one told me I would bleed for 3 days and be in pain for a week. No one offered me a sanitary napkin, good thing I was off work that day and went home. To this day no one has called me to give me the results to my tests. Thank goodness I am signed into quest, to receive the results myself. This was a nightmare! This was my experience and I will not go back there again!

Kind and compassionate as was the entire staff! Very short wait time. This physician did not rush and answered all questions in a straight forward manner.

inaccurate diagnosis of something very serious. told me on the phone i had hep C then come to find out that my blood work was fine. they never would admit that they messed up. the staff is incompetent and i feel dumber after talking to the girl at the front desk. absolute moron. as far as Anastasia goes if she had a different team i may consider staying with her through my pregnancy but since i know that is not going to happen........ tootles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
