My visit was great the only complaint is when you need to talk to someone about medication or when my pharmacy needs to get in touch about medication I always have to try to correct it because they never get back to pharmacy and that causes delay in me getting my treatment

Dr Manasis is the BEST!!! I would recommend him to anyone!! However, his fromt desk staff is a lot to be desired. When calling the New York office, you can be on hold for a good 30+ minutes trying to get through. HIghly frustrating! Other than that, if you have thyroid issues, he's he one to see.

Excellent Visit

This practice shouldn't be Making an appointment was complicated and the employee ended up asking me for the HFirst phone number in order to verify if they were accepting HF Essential plans I confirmed that this doctor was shown as in network online Arrived to my appointment at 2 PM and have waited one hour to see this professional My referral was for a single consultation in order to check possible medications for my diabetes I brought all my recent blood works and test in order to save time A young women called me and she identified as medical assistant I requested to see Dr. Manessis since the appointment was made with him She left and a practitioner nurse showed up She explained that this doctor was not present in the office I read plenty of reviews saying that this is the routine in this practice and I confirmed by myself this bad "habit" I left the office upset The front desk person received my complaint and while she was refunding me my copay another woman showed up, very… arrogant Rather to provide with an apology for this unethical situation she tried to justify saying that office has a policy bla bla bla They never inform me about this policy when making the appointment with the professional They do not have any post with any policy in the whole waiting area I dot not recommend this office based in my bad experience My time and money in cabs was wasted I will be looking into a practice where you meet with the professional that you make the appointment with and the staff is more professional

Dr Manessis is a wonderful caring Md.Excellent diagnostician.

Office staff very self absorbed and unorganized. Twice within the pass 6 months blood work was missed placed or lost.

This is a gentleman amongst all.Caring Highly knowledgable, He gives his all .If you see Dr Manessis for Endocrinolgy you are seeing the Best .I highly recommend him to all.Especially if you are to new to Thyroid disease.

Wow, finally.. a doctor that cares about his patients! He walked me through everything, I mean literally drawing out a diagram for me to help me understand everything. He was so kind and I wish I could find another doctor like him.
