Dr. Vasilov is very knowledgible, carying psychiatrist. His recommendations were up to the point, I got a lot of improvements. Thanks a lot!

I recently called the Regional Medical Center to discuss with Dr. Vasilov what treatments/recommendations he could assist me with for my son who was admitted there recently. When I asked Dr. Vasilov my question, he was rude and curt with me. He claimed he didn't know me or my son as he's "seen 300 patients" since my son was admitted three weeks ago. He continued to act omnipotent as he felt my call was trivial and that my son was already released and his responsibility ended there. All I am doing is trying to be a father and get assistance for my son who has a drug and anger management problem. I don't know where else to turn and this doctor was the last person of professional stature who had seen and diagnosed my son. He explained to me that I could look up the treatment programs myself and abruptly hung up on me. If Dr. Vasilov is an example of the professionals who make up Bergen Regional, I believe New Jersey tax dollars are woefully wasted. People in their care and in this… facility are being shortchanged. My advice to Dr. Vasilov is to go back to the third-world country he came from. He would fit in better over there.
