Dr Rusu is FABULOUS! She cares, she listens...she acts. My wife just had major surgery...as soon as Dr Rusu entered her office, to see my wife...she gave her an extended hug! Then came up with a game plan for recovery. She consulted with a specialist within Intercoastal & attained immediate results. If you too want a Dr that cares...you too will be more then pleased!

Dont waste your time! She will refer you to a specialist and then wont give you results. Even though they are all within the same practice. I will be finding a new doctor.

After a dispute with Dr. Rasu about prescribing too many meds, she "fired" me as her patient! Now she won't release my medical records after my new physician requested them. Very unprofessional. Avoid her if you are a questioning patient.

Dr rusu has been the best dr I’ve ever had so when I brought my mom home to live with us I took my mom to dr rusu. I have no regrets. She has been fantastic in her endeavors to get mybom well n not just comfortable. I feel like she treats my ok like she would her own mom. What a comfort that has been to me

She is my favourite

I have met with Dr. Rusu three times and each time it was apparent that she is a numbers kind of doctor who then prescribes medications and tests. She is not interested in the context of your life, stresses, and your own goals. She provides cursory services and doesn't keep track of what happened at the last appointment. I had my annual physical with her and it was so limited in scope that I will have to go to another physician and begin again: no EKG, no hearing or eye test, no examination of skin, no reflexes or muscle tests, no asking about my concerns, etc. She listened to my heart, looked in my ears and mouth, and focused on the numbers from my bloodwork. I tried to tell her that I'm under a lot of stress right now and need a medical partner to work with me rather than judge. She waved her hand at me to stop talking about the fact that my parents are dying and my husband is very ill. To call her "uncaring" is generous. She is robotic. I am changing physicians right away because I… don't trust her to care for me rather than just to medicate me.

My wife and I recently moved to the Venice area. My wife chose Dr. Rusu from a list of health providers from her health care provider. I opted to utilize the same care physician as my wife and have been very impressed and pleased. Dr. Rusu is thorough, caring, and genuine in her approach. Highly recommend her.

She is an alarmist who misdiagnoses!

Dr. Rusu has seen me working in the Mall and is so Personalable I didn't even remember who she was till 3 days later.. I couldn't believe she talked to me like we were like best friends.. I love her bed side manner.. so much better than any doctor I've ever had..

Dr. Rusu was recommended to me by the nurse of one of her fellow doctors. It was an excellent recommendation. She is extremely detailed, very thorough. She listens very attentively, does take the time to answer questions and she's very thoughtful about her answers and works with you. She does not hesitate to send you to a specialist, always reviews lab work with you in detail, has a very pleasant personality and a sense of humor - bonus. Her nurses are good, we always get phone calls from them regarding test results, they will request you come in if they need to review news with you in person, usually only if its not good news. I think the receptionist in her office could use improvement.
