Dr. Andrea Angelique Berger, MD

Dr. Berger is both a cardiologist and a primary care doctor. And yet, if you go and see her for a physical, she will only bill it as an office visit, thereby forcing patients to pay a copay (in my case, $50) rather than receiving the annual physical at $0 that is part of my (and most other people's) healthcare plan. Adding insult to injury, she tacks on 'complicated visit' charges after even the most rushed, impersonal and superficial visits -- she doesn't even bother to put you in a gown.The few times I've seen her, she's come across as exhausted, disinterested, distracted, and not at all the sort of resourceful, curious, rigorous thinker one would want for their cardiologist or primary care doctor. Not to mention there is always, always, a can of Coke on her desk, which is a little bizarre.

Dr Berger takes time to listen, she doesn’t overtalk you and takes your issues seriously. She will order the tests she feels you need regardless of Insurance. Her bedside manner is exceptional as she is patient and compassionate. In addition she’s an excellent diagnostician and relentless in determining the cause of your cardiac issue. I recommend her highly!

Dr.a Berger is a fantastic Doctor. Great bedside manner. Does not rush you like my previous dr and shows concern for your well being. Highly recommend her.
