Dr. Andrea Boseker Boone, MD

I saw three other doctors besides Dr. Boone regarding my situation. Doctor Boone wanted me to wait to see if things got worse unlike the other three doctors. Once I got in to see her, I had already decided to follow the other three doctors advise. When I informed her of this she became very short with me and turned into a viper on me. I tried to explain that I had called her office several times only to be told to wait. I followed the other doctors advise and had surgery last week. It turned out the other doctors were not only correct but had I waited my situation would have been worse and caused permanent damage to my rectum and possibly to my bladder. I was blown away at her unprofessionalism towards me. Three other doctors. Not Google and not Web MD.

She was amazing, very thorough and explained the procedure, answered all my questions and reassured me that everything would be okay. I had a tubal removal and Ablation and feeling great after. Thank you Dr. Boone!

She was gentle and caring and showed genuine concern for my health and well-being. After years of not feeling well, she was the one that finally figured out what was wrong with me. I felt so much better after my surgery! She even took time out of her busy schedule to check up on me after hours as well.

I have never been "fired" by a doctor as a patient. I almost cannot believe the treatment I received from this doctor and her staff. I have stage 4 endometriosis, and because I had excision surgery with one of the top surgeons in the country, and she did not refer me, she is now refusing to see me. To tell your receptionist to call a customer and "relay the message that since you made the decision to see another doctor, you should keep seeing him" is ridiculous. The doctor I saw was a surgeon specializing in excision surgery, not an Ob-Gyn. I hope the office manager is able to convey to Dr. Boone and her staff, that customer service is important, and they should take the time to talk to their patients and actually show compassion.

I have been a patient of Dr. Boone's for over 10 years. In that time, I have been extremely impressed with her knowledge, caring and staff. I am confident of her opinions and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr Boone was awesome, made me feel very at ease, she sat down with me, had a pencil and paper ready and took notes as I explained my issues, questions and concerns, and she took the time to make notes for me! You can't go wrong with someone who takes the time to go beyond the usually check up.

She was very informative and thorough. I felt very comfortable with her. She was willing to help me get the help I needed.
