Dr. Andrea Lynn Diedrich, MD

Waited six months for an appointment, was 15 min late due to an accident and was turned away (after driving for 1 1/2 hours). I even had all my paperwork filled out. They did not seem to care but offered me another appointment in four months.

Dr Diedrich and her nurse Karen are quite possibly the worst health care professionals I have ever encountered. This doctor and nurse were told that I had a very lengthy, complicated history that I was in the process of putting together. I asked for nothing from her until I got my records in. She took it upon herself to not only rule out and entire disease, but also diagnosed me with several things I do not have. She purposely left out 75% of my symptoms ( not even listed) then sent out letters stating she had done a full work up and has concluded that I have no neurological needs. 90% of my issues are neurological and well documented. She decided not to consider any of my history, instead making her own and drawing her own conclusions. I have made a formal complaint with Atrium which I am following up with, I will then be contacting the medical board, insurance company, patient rights advocate, etc. I have never experienced such negligence and malpractice.

Dr, Dierich is one of the best doctors I have. She is very nice and supportive and takes her time with each patient.

I was seeing this doctor for few years for migraine, and then she stopped for few years while still taking prescribed medication. When I called to make another appointment I was told that doctor will see me as a new patient in 2-3 months, even-though I was in pain. They confirmed they had some time slots available for current week, but follow-ups only. This is prime example of doctor and her office staff (she created policies, staff is only enforcing them) without any ethics, moral or professional manners. Don't walk, run away from this doctor and look for one that cares about medical profession and patients. In many countries this would be prime example of medical malpractice!

Dr Diedrich is one of my top 2 docs (and there are many). Spends time with her patients; excellent manner and very knowledgeable.

She was wonderful. but i had to wait 14 months to see her and got 15 minutes after waiting 30 minutes after apptmt time. i interacted with her office 8 times and each time got a different person. there is a huge lack of connection which translates as not caring.

she is quick but thorough. friendly. secure, knowledgeable. perfect.

I was a real patient of Dr. Diedrich. She was a very nice lady, but when it came to my health reckless. I was with her for a very long time with headaches ranging from 4-5 per week. When I left her office, after 10+ years, I was still having the same problems. She did not really push forward to find assistance through preventative medication as she should have. Furthermore, she withheld vital medical information from me that her and staff *clearly* knew about that has literally changed my life. When it was discovered by her and the nurse - the response to I received as to what I should do was literally this statement... "I don't know call another doctor." No patient should be left without vital information regarding their health, left without medical assistance, and more importantly a lack of patient CARE. Today, my important medical diagnosis is being taken care of by professionals and my migraines are down to 2 per week. I couldn't be happier and am so thankful I made the… choice to leave her care...I don't know where I would be if I hadn't. I highly recommend you choose another doctor or facility to handle your health concerns.

As a neurologist she is great. Her bedside manner is wonderful and she is very accomodating. If she does not know something. she will research it and get back to you. I found that is not something manny doctors are willing to admit and that is something that makes her great. At least in this person's opinion.Involves in new research for neurological diseases and keeps track of trials and new medications. Would recommend her with all the care and safety.

I have been seeing Dr. Diedrich for over 10 years. She is an excellent, caring physician. She takes the time to listen no matter how busy she is. Her concern for her patients is obvious. She is passionate about her practice and I would recommend her highly.
