Malden Family Medicine serves a very underserved population. They squeeze in every appointment possible whenever possible and provide a lot of education and preventative medicine. They are part of a large teaching hospital system and as such rotate through staff members frequently. I love my doctor but hardly ever get to see her when I make an appointment. She is usually booked out months ahead. If I come in for a non-routine appointment with another doctor, she pops in to say hello and to offer advice if she can. She is very patient with her staff and an excellent teacher. It can be frustrating for me as a patient to keep bouncing between doctors at the office as it interrupts continuity of care, but when I am able to get in to see my own doctor the visit usually reinforces that I'm glad I stuck it out. I highly recommend Dr. Gordon both as a PCP and as a women's health specialist.
