Dr. Andrea Toulson Jeffress, MD

I saw her by accident, she isn’t my Ob! Very poor comunicate and unprofessional with rude question! Worst experience with her, I would never see her again!

She is very patient, and easy to talk to. She has assisted me with one pregnancy and I would recommend her to others.

Dr. Jeffress is absolutely horrible. The past couple appointments I had with her, she spent less than 2 minutes in the room. Dismissed me, my questions and concerns as if she couldn’t possibly be bothered and had much better things to do. My most recent appointment with her was exactly the same. Wound up making an appointment with a different doctor who immediately wanted laparoscopy done to find answers about possible endometriosis pain. The new doctor also drained a cyst that Jeffress told me was no big deal, that no one would ever do anything surgical for. When I tried asking Jeffress about possibilities of endometriosis before her shoving me out the door (I had been dealing with severe pain for 6 months+ and other tests had turned up negative), she said “Oh yeah if that’s what it is birth control can fix that.” and left the room. I’m so thankful I went to a different doctor who is helping me find answers to my pain, helping me get healthy and get my life back.

Never reviewed any of my past history. Did not perform a basic evaluation, thyroid exam, heart, lungs etc. Most Dr ask are you doing self breast examination and then evaluate both breasts. That subject never came up. She never even checked my breast’s for abnormalities. She literally walked in and did nothing but the scheduled Pap smear. She wasn’t aware of my history of osteopenia because she didn’t even have my chart in the room. I had to ask if I was due for a BMD. Turns out I was. Thank goodness I’m intelligent and asked. After the appointment I was never given a prescription for the BMD. I had to call the office and inform them that I should have received a prescription. They ended up mailing it to me (I do not have it done at Ob/GYN associates). Will be looking for a new Dr.

I have gone to Dr. Jeffres for several years now and she also performed a minor surgery on me. I have always had good experiences with her. She is very friendly and personable, explains options and medical issues thoroughly, takes the time to answer all questions without making you feel rushed or like it's an inconvenience, and has been very inclusive of my spouse before and after my surgery. I couldn't be happier with her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great OBGYN doctor.

The doctor was incredibly insensitive following my miscarriage.

Dr. Jeffress has a very sweet and genuine tone in her voice that is quite soothing to the patient when they are afraid of the worst. I had to have a mass removed, last year. She explained things to ensure all options and worked without delays. All was well; her skilled work allowed me to heal quickly. Thanks Dr. J.!

She was very friendly but talked about herself a lot rather than asking about me. Not good at listening! Won't go back!

She is one of the best doctors I have ever had,I should know I am married to one!
