After waiting almost an hour to be seen, Dr Kramer barely looked at the MRI I had brought of my son’s knee, did one test on my son’s knee (she had him raise his leg). She announced his quad muscle was not strong enough (she was seeing him 2 days after he dislocated his knee cap). After seeing multiple other doctors, turns out my son had torn a major ligament and needed surgery. Dr Kramer is irresponsible and negligible. Awful experience and completely incorrect diagnosis.

I have taken my son to see Dr Kramer on a three different occasions. Each time I had to wait an hour to 1 1/2 hours just to get to a room. Then while in the room at least a half hour to 45 mins. Very poorly run office.

Being that Scoliosis is scary enough for a teen, to be treated as badly as we have been, is disgusting. From immediate arrival doubting and not confirming Insurance Coverage to Referring us to specialist to make Brace that after driving an hour away they screamed at myself and my daughter to make an appointment at another location because they did not make them at that facility. So when you call and confirm what the appt. is for and diagnosis, to arrive and get your child prepared, to be screamed at and treated as though we did not matter is disgusting. When calling back to IBJ to let them know, i was told to stop being selfish and move on. No One deserves this treatment when dealing with this.

Dr. Kramer completely put me at ease in a worrisome situation. She was calm, kind, and thorough.

Everything was really very well . I'm satisfied of this office and this doctor. I recommend her .

We did not have a surgery, but office visits were wonderful all around. Doctor Kramer is friendly, energetic, approachable, inviting, upbeat, and I could keep going. Just a great feeling to have her care for us!
