She was one of the most amazing drs I have ever seen. She was so caring, kind, she treated me with respect and compassion and she showed empathy. I was nervous to see her b/c I was embarrassed of my condition. She immediately put me at ease and she was understanding and nonjudgmental. It's rare nowadays to find a dr who genuinely cares about their patient and shows empathy, she did this and so much more. It's drs like her that make such a difference. I would highly recommend her to others.

I think that she could have taken 2 minutes before seeing me to see my history. This isn't the first time I have seen her and she knew nothing about my prior history- it's irritating to have to say my history over and over when she had access to it.

Dr. Lays was amazing! I was nervous for my appointment to discuss other birth control options but she made me feel so comfortable and provided me with many options. She was very friendly and very knowledgeable!
