Andrea is always a joy to see. She always answers my questions and makes sure i understand! Her staff are polite and my appointment time is always respected.

I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the exam. She and all the staff were very friendly, professional, and explained things well.

She is very personable and professional. I liked that she takes baby steps in adjusting my LAL lenses. She doesn’t rush and is very thorough. Her technician Debbie is also fabulous and a valuable member of her team.

Today I had my first appointment with Dr Pikkula; this was for an adjustment to my Light Adjustable Lens. Dr Pikkula was friendly, informative, and conscientious with this important procedure. There aren't many doctors I look forward to visiting, but Dr. Pikkula is one. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and through. She explains everything very well and asked if I had any questions. The rest of the staff was also courteous, friendly and explained what they were doing. I feel very comfortable and confident having my vision care in her hands.
