I totally agree with other reviewers here with their say. I liked to visit her until we had a conflicting situations with the office handling and the biased look over the foreign medical records. She turns sour and tells her patients a weird stereotypical comment to make you feel deeply disturbed or offended. Then she shut herself and never gets herself approachable. That is shallow and very immature for a fully grown up person.I avoid going there any more. If anyone goes for a clinic time. Bring a recording device. I would catch what they say and have it reviewed to a third party reviewer at MGH to make sure there is no occurring of any form of bias or discrimination.

I would NOT recommend this doctor under any circumstances.

Clinically she is excellent, and has an excellent memory. However, she thinks she has a mastery of more of medicine (specifically psychiatry) than she actually does. Once she develops a stereotyped opinion, she is incapable of changing it, regardless of what the facts are.

Love her because her heart is so in the right place. She wants to make sure you feel at ease and she's very patient and compassionate.You can't get a better MD in the whole city of Boston. I'd feel really sad if I no longer could see her, and I feel so blessed to have found her as my MD.Dr.Andrea Reilly is the BEST!

Even the best physicians I've ever seen have limited control over wait times and office staff. It should be a boon to Dr. Reilly's practice that she is so favored among patients that she is impossible to get in with. It's not her fault that she's so popular! I have seen her for 10 years. I love her. She is one of the best doctors I've ever had.

that she is the favorite one to patients and it is almost impossible to reach her. At least, the clinic staff make you feel you cannot communicate with your doctors there easily. If she was with the smoother operation manamegent staff, she could have gotten a full five star rating from me.
