called to get a prescription refilled, I have always been able to refill without being seen, and I call and the woman on the phone is RUDE to me as I'm asking to be refilled, she claims I have to be seen in order to refill, which is false, I attract bv quite often so I know m symptoms and I know exactly what I NEED. I do not need to spend extra unnecessary dr visit for a prescription I've had previously. poor and rude customer service at this place, I've had issues with them in the past but never to this extent, I said " I guess ill just live with it then cause I can't find time to come in" and the lady said "ok" and HUNG UP, SO SAD they don't wanna HELP ME AND REFILL MY PRESCRIPTION.

Good afternoon. With great respect I write, to tell my experience in the office of Dr. Andreina Moraes, besides waiting almost a month to get the appointment with the doctor, I live 40 minutes from his office, and for not losing my job, I left a few minutes later, this caused me to arrive 16 minutes late to my appointment, and upon arrival the people at the reception were incredibly bitter and did not help me at all even when I called to let them know I was going to tell them a bit late and she told me that ok and after paying an Uber of almost 40 $ to be able to arrive, they told me that they had no option for me and that they were going to make a change of my appointment for a month later more .. doing this a wait of almost two months and not only that, if I did not lose two working hours and 40 $ spendthrift to transport myself there, and I did not get any consideration from the doctor's team, I think it's super inconsiderate on the part of the doctor's team.

The best place to care about woman’s health! Dr Acuna is just amazing with her patients!

I made my appointment weeks ago... Insurance (AETNA) was "accepted" at the time I booked the appointment. I adjusted my schedule in order to make the appointment, as most women do! I received a call LESS THAN 24 HOURS from my scheduled appointment only to be told, "as of a month ago, we no longer accept your insurance?!" I did not receive a call... email... NOTHING. Even though I have confirmed my appointment SEVERAL times! Booking an appt with an OBGYN as a FIRST patient is NEVER easy! Dr. Acuna was highly recommended by a very respectable doctor! I was shocked by the service that I received! Out of common courtesy, I deserved a phone call when the practice learned that they would no longer accept my insurance, just to give me the opportunity to make other arrangements! But I was told, "it is our practice to notify patients the day before the appointment, if we don't accept their insurance"??!! No compassion! No consideration of time!

Exceptionally kind and thorough doctor, friendly office staff, and lovely office space.

Totally worth the wait. FYI when you make the appointment let them know that you just want her.Let them know when you arrive ,otherwise they will put you with a Colombian or Porto Rican doctors that are ok but you cant compare with Dr Acuna.

I could have not ask for better.

She delivered my baby I had such a great experience.I wish we had more caring and competent Doctor like her.
