Dr. Andres Bryant Duran

I have always been seen by a female doctor and was nervous to have a male doctor for the first time. Dr. Duran is very nice, but since my last visit, he was out of character. He did not fully listen to what I had to say. I saw another doctor for another concern. I tried to explain to him what the other doctor said. Instead he tried to turn the conversation, undermining the patient. He was more interested in impressing the medical student that was with him that day instead of listening to his patient's concerns. He even was unprofessional at one time during the visit, making remarks to the medical student, "Lets give her this gauze since I don't pay for it." The package of gauze was already opened. It did not seem sanitary to me. I even asked for a bag to put it in and he said he didn't have one. I was upset. I even told the check-out receptionist that I was upset with the appointment because I felt undermined. She on the other hand, handed me a bag to put the tainted guaze in.
