Very patient.

Dr Morales and his staff were all very nice. I was late for both appointments (went to the wrong office for the second visit) but they were very understanding and waited for me.

Dr. MORALES is an amazing Neurologist. He made me feel heard and answered all of my questions. He's very knowledgeable.

I’ve been seeing Dr Morales going on 5 yrs. I find him an excellent Doctor. Knows his stuff. Very patient, explains in detail and has great bedside manner. However, the support staff is greatly lacking Dr Morales 5 of 5 stars Support staff 1/2 out of 5 stars

Very pleasant and personable. I was running late. Called the office to advise. Receptionist said to come on in rather than reschedule. I got in to see the Doctor in a timely manner. HE apologized for keeping ME waiting. He was very gentle during the procedure. Highly recommended.

I have been having issues since May and have been to different doctors with no solution or even a little help. This was the first place that wanted to help me and asked questions and seemed concerned and empathetic towards what was going on.

My dad has been seeing Dr. Morales for a couple of years. He had an appointment schedule at 3pm, and we had it written down as 3:30. We showed up at 3:20 and they told us that we missed his appointment and they would not see him. Mind you this is after multiple times of having to sit in the waiting room for 1-2 hrs past appointment times waiting on the dr to see us.

Can't say enough about this Dr..Highly recommend!.????

I'm super judgmental when it comes to doctors. And honestly, I had a bit of trepidation when I walked into the waiting room. The elevator up there was painted two hideous, cheap colors of turquoise. The chairs were uncomfortable and the leather was cracked. There was cobwebs growing under the chairs. The 90's style wallpaper was peeling. The whole building shook like there was an earthquake, which no one seemed to notice except me. I was fully prepared for the worst. But then I met Dr. Morales and he was AMAZING!!! He was so patient and kind. He was obviously highly intelligent and knowledgeable, but he explained everything so patiently, without being patronizing, or acting as though I was putting him out. I have an anxiety disorder, and it makes me very socially awkward. But Dr. Morales was so warm and comfortable to talk to. And he spent so much time with me, showing me only patience and kindness. Honestly, I wish he was my general practitioner, so that he was the only… doctor I ever had to go to. Oh... and I have a hearing disorder that makes it very difficult to understand people. He spoke very clearly, so I could understand him. Weird side note... I'm not going to lie. When it comes to doctors, I tend to judge them by their appearance. And he was well groomed, smelled nice, without smelling like cologne, even his nails looked nice. I really, really love this dude. I'm not lying. I really wish he was my general practitioner, so I never had to deal with any other doctor.

Great doctor he gets in no hurry & answers any and all questions you may have. I love him as my doctor.
