Dr. Andres Patron, DO

Mediocre doctor, mediocre oficina, mediocre front desk. Ellos pretenden q los pacientes realicen su trabajo. Problemas muy grandes si necesitas referral, no te los dan, les tienes q suplicar. Han retenido sin razón alguna los resultados de mi análisis de sangre. Cambié de doctor y hace tres semanas q estamos esperando q transfieran la info a mi nuevo doctor!!! Me he quedado sin medicamentos para mi colesterol y estos miserables se niegan a enviar mis análisis. Los he denunciado a Humana!! NO VAYAN ALLÍ

I adore Andres Patron. He is a very personable and dedicated doctor who spends time with his patients, listens to their problems and is truly concerned for their well-being. His office manager is a nightmare. Regardless if you are talking to her on the phone or sending a message via the portal, she intercedes and sometimes to the detriment of your wellness. She is rude and dismissive even to other doctor's office staff. She accused another office of not sending in orders (even though I personally brought them to the office) and interfered with other doctor's treatment. If you attempt to message the doctor, she intercedes. I really hate writing bad reviews, because once you get past HER then your appointment is good. I will be changing doctors because of her.

The piece of s*** receptionist that works in the front needs to get fired ASAP. Every time I go she always has an attitude, she's rude and unprofessional. I went today with my daughter cause she's a new patient, no one was in the waiting area and this piece of s*** started giving me attitude and arguing with me cause she wanted me to wait outside the door due to Covid meanwhile she's in there coughing up a lung and mind you I was already sitting in the waiting area for about 20 minutes, I even filled out my daughters papers. And this piece of s*** had the audacity to tell me that she was going to call the cops. Since we got there you could tell that she didn't want to work or help us out. My daughter just started a new job and she missed 2 hours of work for nothing I had even asked the receptionist for a back to work paper and with an attitude said it's up to the doctor but yet she's the one that fills them out. Everyone that works here is rude and unprofessional except the Doctor. But… thanks to the rude receptionist I'll be looking for a new doctor for me and my daughter. Dr. Patron I hope you fire this piece of s*** cause I won't be going back until you do.

Dr Patron used to be a very dedicated doctor to his patients, he even personally called to see how patients were doing. Since his wife started administering the office you don’t see him anymore, there is only a Physician assistant who is not very knowledgable. Now it is all about money. I was ordered some general lab test and was told I could go any time with no appt, I went a little longer than a month and they said the order is expired I had to be seen again. My husband was hospitalized and they said he needed a walker for the time he came out of the hospital but had to be ordered by the PCP, I called this office and they insisted he had to be seen first by Dr Patron when he could not even walk. Very disappointed and very sad! Next day I look up in the internet and found PCP of Florida, they took us right away and I am very happy with this group. I am not going back to Patron.

Been seeing Dr Patron for years,very patient and doesn’t rush, he takes time with you,he really cares. My husband was cared for my Carolina the ARNP, who went above and beyond. I can’t say enough nice things.

My previous review was apparently deleted - wouldn't be shocked if it was run by his own office staff. DO NOT GO HERE!!! They will steal your money!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!!!! The office manager is RELATED to the doctor!! It's his SISTER! She is the bulldog in the operation there. The doctor acts polite and nice, meanwhile she tries to rip off the patients. If you try and talk to her about any issues, she will yell, hang up on you, and ignore your calls. THEY ARE THIEVES!!!

Dr. Patron is a excellent doctor. Very friendly and respectful. A few of his staff on the other hand is very rude and unprofessional.

I am not happy with the service at all. I was charged for preventive care( mammogram) which supposed to be free. Not much attention to new patients. Never sent me the answer about my test.Staff is not very friendly. I miss nice and caring doctors from Broward Community Health Center.

I met the Doc on an extreme type of visit and immediately he made me feel comfortable, since my initial visit, I have been to him about 7 times in (2) years and I feel that we are more like friends now than patient/Doc relationship, he cares and he's smart, I feel safe knowing that he is my Doctor.
