Dr. Andrew P Barak, DO

Dr. Barak is a very kind man who is in demand; however, he focuses on you and compassionately listens to your every word. He does not guide you down a path; he gathers the information and studies it to determine the underlying cause for your symptoms. I was in very much pain, and he did not fret as I expressed myself. He kept in constant contact with me, and he always accepted my calls (or got back with me very quickly). He is a very experienced ENT, and he will give you the best care. I am his patient, and he has helped me immensely.

Upon the first visit he didn't shake my hand like and introduce himself which was unprofessional nor did he close the door after entering the room for patient privacy. Didn't wash his hands before touching equipment. Arrogant stance of prescribing meds without and explanation. Wasn't respectful of my time waiting over and hour before walking out never received an apology. He seems bored with his profession and seems to have lost his passion for the people and medical profession overall. I would suggest that you see someone who still enjoys helping their patient's.

He just out for money. He will suggest needless procedures to get your money. His bedside manner isn't the best either. He might be smiling in this picture but not at the office. Be warned if they look up your nose they consider it surgery.

Before you can see the dr Barak, need to schedule a hearing test appointment, which I did not requested, I only requested a sinus problem appointment, I was told later by another patient, the audiologist is his son, and he wanted business for his son. Also is very determined to set up the patient for a sinus surgery at the hospital, before checking other other resources, such as balloon sinus surgery an outpatient procedure. He did not prescribed medicine to clear up the sinus infection which the CaT SCAN SHOWEDt ,prescribed compound nose drops medicine, but wanted to operate on my sinuus ASAP.I refused. I went to see another ENT doctor for an opinion and he prescribed medicine to clear up the sinus infection I do not recommend Dr Barak he is after the money only. Disgusted, disgusted

Doc Barak is a very experienced ENT. I had a sinus problem that I had be dealing with for several years. Within minutes of or consultation he had me lined up for an mri to confirm his findings. I had a sinus and nasal surgery within a month of meeting with him and now i can breathe easier, no headaches, and my hearing is restored and the dots in my vision are gone! Thanks Doc. Hey, hes awesome with kids to and very patient!

Very professional and caring. Took the time to explain everything to me and in easy to understand language. highly recommended to anyone.
