Dr. Blank was "delightful". He made me laugh and removed cotton from a Q-tip in my ear painlessly. I was a medical biller/manager for over 40 years and it was nice to see that at the end of his day, Dr. Blank was still patient, funny and genuine. My neighbor needs a new ENT and I referred Dr. Blank. Keep up the good work.

My two year old had a first time visit with Dr.Blank early in the day. My little boy doesn’t like going to the doctor or dentist period, I have done so many things to make him comfortable but he always cries . Although the doctor was professional and courteous , he was very attentive at the end and even gave my boy a sticker and lolipop to calm down. I was taken a little back that when I asked him a question in the middle of our visit, that he raised his finger almost like wanting to stop from talking . At the end of the visit he did answer my question, but at the moment I did feel a little taken back. I have to go back for another visit for ny son, I pray this time it does go well. But I am hoping I can see Dr.Blank be a little bit nicer. I was nervous today and it didn’t help that I felt dumb by asking a question . I’m in the dental field and I always answer my patients in the most courteous manner. Hoping next time I am there goes well
