Dr. Andrew C Carroll, PhD

Dr. Carroll has been helping my son and our family to deal with mental health. He is very concern and goes out of his way to help. He is excellent and wish there were more therapist like him who really want to help the patient. I highly recomment him.

And is emotionally erratic.

I saw Dr. Carroll about 10 times. No matter what you say, he will find a way to make it all about himself. One time I tried to talk about some financial concerns I had. He spent the rest of the session complaining that he's broke. Another time I tried to talk about some issues I was having with my girlfriend. I was then deluged with complaints about his wife for the remainder of the session. When i finally tried to tell him that this made me uncomfortable and that I did not want to pay his 190/hr fee to be his therapist, he said we obviously weren't a good fit and suggested I find someone else.

He is saving my life. He is compassionate and extremely dedicated to his patients. He's goes the extra mile, or even the extra two. If you are a woman ...

If you are a woman who has been abused, give him a chance, even if other providers have failed you. It may be hard for you to trust anybody at all, but trust him. He will help you get better. Not just improved. But all-the-way better.
