"Really disappointed with Dr. Chen’s lack of bedside manner. After a mix up caused by the scheduling department, he refused to provide service without payment of $100 fee (which I was not made aware of until 10 minutes before my appt). He then told us, without even doing an examination, that nothing was going to be covered by insurance so let’s not waste each other’s time. What a disappointing experience from a physician who is supposed to promote body positivity and a safe environment for patients. Not too mention, money was not a problem so I’m not sure why I was profiled as such. Save yourself the trip and go elsewhere. "

I went to him for my breast reduction consultation, he did what I was expecting. He explained to me every thing and he look forward to get all documentation ready to have the approval from my insurance and get scheduled for surgery. My surgery is on December and I am really excited about it. He is great!
