I saw Dr Critchlow for couple of years . He ALWAYS listened to me which is very important in building a good doctor-patient relationship. Together we devised a plan for my long term recovery of a painful accident. I trust him completely.

Don’t waste your time with this doctor he could care less about your about you pain. He is indifferent in managing or helping you. Very smug and dismissive! Don’t understand why he became a doctor especially working with people like me who are truly suffering & it’s a challenge to physicality make it to the appointment to be treated so dismissively. Thankfully I didn’t cry until I got to the car. Grateful I don’t have to return as I found a pain doctor who isn’t dismissive & actually cares. A doctor who will help manage my pain & work towards me regaining more quality of life. It’s sad these type doctors are a rarity! There may come a day he needs a doctor to have compassion, take a interest and help him...maybe then he may realize how important getting & willingness to care really is... Meanwhile don’t waste your time with this doctor there are better doctors out there no one deserves to pay to be treated so cruel!

saw dr. crichlow for first time recently and was not impressed....I have "legitimate" physical issues that result in on going pain. He seemed "all over the place" and I was happy to complete the visit...he did not explain his treatment plan with me & I was left with the impression he could care less about management of my illness.
