Tried numerous times to get a prescription refilled. They continue to ignore me. Add this doctor to the “Doctors that do not care” list because he will ghost you worst than your last Tinder date.

Superb visit! Dr. Andrew Crocker and his staff are exceptional! They are dedicated and trustworthy. Dr. Crocker spends a lot of time going over your concerns and explains everything well. So happy I found this practice.

Recently started seeing Dr. Crocker. Seems to be okay but cannot get a phone call -must leave a message that may or may not be returned within 3 days. Takes almost a full week to get a prescription refill. Totally unacceptable!!!!

don't judge pardee internal bc of Dr crocker.he gives all Drs a bad name!does not listen to u and talks at u not to u.no wonder they put him n the basement. I love the healthcare workers and my Dr there.crocker just did me a favor talking and treating me the way he did bc now I'm blessed with dr.murphy.stay away from the crock!!!!

Had followed Dr Crocker from his last practice to Hendersonville, Pardee Internal Medicine, because we liked him. Since the move the office fails to answer calls in a timely fashion (over a day), slow to refill prescriptions to the point the online pharmacy cancels the order. It takes repeated calls to even make an appointment because the office doesn't return voice mail. Dr Crocker seems nice enough but he seems unhappy in the practice. Pardee Internal Medicine is unorganized and unprofessional. Changing doctors ASAP.

I have many complex diagnosis including end-stage renal disease. Dr Crocker has provided the right mix of experience, knowledge and compassion to keep me at home and living at a level that makes me glad that I'm still here with my family!
