I've been a patient for many years, I'm not going to write much. Staff is somewhat rude most of the time, long waits, they never send referrals like they say they will, I usually get one if I have an office visit. Because of the COVID I couldn't get an office visit. Called 7 times asking them to send a referral, I just got a $1200 bill in the mail because they still haven't sent it. I'm done with this clown (Dr Dobin)

Staff is rude and NP Inzer is often late. Staff threw my credit card at me and stood up, red faced and yelled repeatedly get out. DO your research and choose another Dr, office. I was genuinely concerned for my safety due to staff outrage at me and my wife.

-Today 1-27-20 My wife and I both had appoints. After 40 minutes in the exam room waiting to be seen. I asked what the delay was and if it was going to be much longer. An un- professional receptionist said it is going to be a while offering no explanation or apology. We chose to leave. I asked is the delay because NP Inzer was late to work again this morning? A tech said no comment and rolled her eyes. This is not the first time NP Inzer has been late. On one other occassion I waited over and hour for her to arrive in the office. A tech told me Dr. Dobin is aware of her attendance. Apparently he has done nothing about it. We I asked for a refund of our co-pay Dr Dobins son threw my credit card at me and and stood up, red faced and loudly yelled at us repeatedly "GET OUT". please CONSIDER ANOTHER DOCTOR, DO you research and go else-ware. This office has not been the same since Dr. Hoeck has left. GOOD LUCK.

after being with the office for over a decade, this last few years things have gone downhill. It is rare to actually see the doctor here -- you will primarily see one of two nurse practitioners. Underdiagnosing and incomplete record keeping is a part of it of the issue. Lack of understanding of current medical practices is another. It seems that this office is practicing off of what they learned in school and have not progressed their knowledge. It seems easier to give bad advice that is not scientifically proven and suggest more pills than to look for a root cause and really practice the science of medicine. Medical knowledge does not appear to be very strong here. We ended up taking our family to a practice that listens, researches and is looking for a root cause. A prevention mindset and strong science is what good medical practices need.

Dr. Dobin is an excellent doctor. His office is friendly, clean, and efficient. But most of all, his knowledge of medicine is outstanding. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Dobin for over 30 years, and been continually pleased with him.

I practically forced my father to go see Dr. Dobin this morning because he is showing symptoms of a possible stroke. He is at high risk for stroke. He can barely communicate and is dizzy and slurring his words. Dr. Dobin was a huge jerk and totally blew him off. After accepting his copay of course. He wanted to know "what's the big emergency that you have to barge in to my office without an appointment?". He did not take him seriously and set up an appointment for two days from now to have a CT scan done. We took dad to the emergency room at our local hospital where they are taking him seriously and performing a CT, MRI, blood tests and an EKG. I will never trust Dobin again.

I was totally enthused with Dr. Dobin during my first few visits. However, his moodiness during subsequent visits was intolerable and downright rude. I am looking for a new doctor.

Dr Dobin's truley cares about his patients. I am 68 and have had a few serious issues...He was always right there for me,following up with other doctors and making sure that I was getting the proper care.

Dr. Dobin is a smart, thorough practitioner - he thinks through a problem, doesn't just jump to a decision because the patient wants a quick answer...will advise a consult to confirm his suspician if necessary. I admire a physician who will admit he doesn't know it all....he is 100% trust-worthy. He always has your best interest in mind. My son comes from Baltimore to see him because he trusts his judgment. We consider ourselves fortunate to have him as our physician.
