Ahhhahaha. Good you are finally going to jail. They finally caught you.. I have been praying for this since 2007 when you did an unnecessary surgery on my hand leaving me with no use of my hand and arm. Then filing bankruptcy so I couldnt sue you. You ignored me as a patient as if i didnt exist. I lost everything due to pain and not being able to work. I'm so happy to read about you finally got caught. May everyday in jail be your last day you breath. Joellen O'Gallagher

At the age of 54 I must tell you this is the worst experience I ever had with a doctor. I would not trust this doctor, PA or office staff to trim my nails never mind care for any kind of bodily injury. Do yourself a favor and seek out a doctor that's been referred by people you trust.

Dr. Dowd did minor surgery on my hand on a wednesday. I was told to return to the office the following tuesday 2pm to have stitches removed. I received a call from his office saying he had an emergency and request I come the following day at 3pm. On that day I get a call from his office saying he is running late and I should call before I come. I call the office at 2:45pm and am told he can not see me that day and it would be ok the leave the stitches in until the following tuesday. New appointment was for 12pm two weeks after surgery. I get to his office at 11:55 and am told he stepped out...would I like to wait, he should be back in an hour or so, or I could return at 3pm or on Wednesday. Mind you I work full time and had to adjust my work sche I was never treated so poorly by a doctor in my life. I told the girl at the desk, "I never want to come back". I went to my primary for a follow up. Never received any call showing any concern. M

This doctor should get into drug lecture and not hand specialty. He did not look at X-Ray report, did not acknowledge anything we told him about previous tests, or what the hospital told us. He was more concerned about the meds I was on more than why I was there to see him. IT WAS A WASTE OF OUR TIME AND OUR GAS MONEY!!!!!!BAD BAD BAD BAD

DR. DOWD IS AN EXPERT IN ORTHOPEDIC SURGERY. GREAT DIAGONOSIS AND CARE. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MY SPEEDY RECOVERY. Referred my son to him when he got injured during a football game.
