Dr. Andrew Paul Eilerman, DO

He is very busy and cannot spend the time required with a patient. A medical student sees you first. He consults with the medical student and then sees the patient. He is so busy that the list of ailments that one brings in are not always remembered by the doctor. Each visit has been a whirlwind visit - In and Out and with no clearer picture of your health than before you went in. A long time ago he was caring and compassionate and had time for the patient. Today, the practice has more patients than it can handle.

I have used Dr. Andy for almost 2 years and he is GREAT! I can see why some appts. may run behind because he takes time to listen to all concerns with every patient. His nurse, Jennifer is Great and always friendly. I wish all of my doctors were like him.

This is the worst family practice doctor I have ever known. His staff is rude and presumptious and follow up is non existent. I asked them on several occasions for referrals to specialists and never once did they bother to forward the information from their exam to the specialist; meaning every time I had to start over and once the specialist, not knowing what had been done prescribed the exact same medicine that had already been prescribed which he should have known did not work.

I would highly recommend Dr Andy. He is friendly and professional. I love the office and have seen other doctors in the practice as well. I always get an appointment easily and almost never wait to be seen.

This Doc is excellent with my 6 yr old son and myself... he can be silly to entertain my son but then serious and when he speak to you, he gives you the medical terms (that no one understands) but also he breaks it down into your terms so you can understand.
