I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I provide individual therapy using Cognitive Therapy. I am certified in the use of Cognitive Processing therapy for PTSD/trauma related issues. In addition to individual therapy, I can provide family and couples therapy.
I have been working as a counselor for 12 years. I have worked for the state and federal government. I work to help clients clear some of the clutter and remove some baggage to help get them back on the road to mental health.
