Dr. Forbes is excellent in every way. An expert in cardiac surgeries, he was called in for emergent surgery for my husband’s aortic dissection. There will never be enough words that I nor my husband can express to thank Dr. Forbes for his calm, kind, approachable, professional expertise. Within minutes he briefed us on the surgery he was going to be performing, why, how, and what he would do if something unexpected occurred. It was one of the scariest times in my life but he was able to calm my worst fears and my husband had no issue placing his life in his hands. We are so grateful he was able to come in from wherever he was that day to perform this surgery. It was a truly incredible experience especially given the severity and seriousness of the situation. My husband is alive, healthily recovering, and we get to live our lives for the next many years together.

Quiet, unassuming, polite Surgeon. Sincere and probably one of the most experienced Cardio Thoracic surgeons in the U.S. with over 6,000 surgeries completed.

I had emergency surgery of a condition that is not very common. Dr. Forbes is such an expert and very cautious. I felt he gave me superb care and followup. He is a very polite and kind person. Thank you for saving my life.

KNOWING OF DR. FORBES REPUTATION I FELT VERY SECURE GOING INTO SURGERY AND I AM USUALLY VERY NERVOUS IN THIS KIND OF SITUATION. HE WAS WONDERFUL THROUGHT OUT ALL OF MY EXPERIENCES. IT IS NICE TO KNOW QUALITY STILL EXISTS AND DR. FORBES IS THE EPITOMY OF EXCELLENCE. TOO BAD WE CANNOT CLONE HIM.

Doctor Forbes, repaired my heart, mytrial valve and a double bypass. When he was informed i needed this, he was at my bedside within an hour! was super good at calming my fears, very well explained. the operation was flawless......spent time explaining what happened to my son, took great care of me and son! this Doctor.really changed my life. i cant thank him enough. it has been 8 months now, and the effects are prefect, im even back working out in pool! Doc, should you happen to read this.... i cant thank you enough!!!!!!! PS.i hope we were listening to classic rock as you fixed me!...i dont recall.... the trademark ROCKS! THANKS again!
