Dr Andrew Gross has always been there for me over the last 5 years, helping me with all my neurological issues.... He's simply "the best" in my opinion by paitiently listening to my problems, answering all my questions with a great bedside manner, and never making me feel rushed... Dr. Gross is absolutely amazing. He cares about you and finding out what is going on with your vision, your particular "trick" eye. Finding doctors who care is so important.

Dr gross and staff were very thorough and easy to deal with. Really listened to my concerns and even called my home when test results came in about a major concern.

staff was very nice and helpful. unfortunately dr. gross didn’t listen to my current health issues, blamed my eye issues on lashes that i’ve had on for three years (started losing my vision a month ago), told me it was because my ms treatments had subsided- but they hadn’t, he misunderstood the information initially given to him. he said explained the reason i couldn’t see ANYTHING from my left eye when the patch was because the center of my vision was off and my peripheral wasn’t working. which was apparent, but what he failed to tell me was why. when he told me to find an eye dr, get some glasses, and use some eye drops, i left in tears.
