I had an excellent experience and office visit with Dr. Healy. I felt he was very knowledgeable and most importantly honest. He listened & showed compassion regarding my back & neck degenerated discs/osteoarthritis. Although qualified, he wanted to refer me to a specialist who had more experience with Lumbar artificial disc replacement to provide the best possible outcome. I’m relatively young and a fusion would not be the best option. Among other things, his specialization in this procedure is primarily in this cervical spine and will continue to treat me for my neck issues. CNSA is one of the largest neurosurgery clinics in the region with a network of specialists. I’ve had a positive experience with this group.

Dr Healy explains surgern so that you can understand it. Gives plenty time for questions. Won’t jump into surgery until everything else has been done. Wanted to get an additional MRI to make sure something was missed. I’m glad I found such a wonderful Dr.

Office visit wait time was very short. Dr. Healy is very personable, easy to understand and he took the time to explain everything about my neck problem and answered all my questions completely and without hesitation. I am extremely comfortable with Dr. Healy and feel he is an extremely competent surgeon. He will be operating on my neck in several weeks and I am confident that his work will ease my pain and restore the quality of life I have been longing for. I yet am to learn of his surgical skills. I will post those when surgery is complete. The initial consultation was something to behold. Dr. Healy spent an hour, yes that’s correct, an hour, answering questions and explaining the procedure. Never had that happen before. Excellent bedside manner.

Dr. Healy has performed two spinal surgeries on me and I trust him completely with my health and decisions concerning future surgeries and care. I would not have another surgeon, but him. He is very detailed and caring, before and after surgery.

My first visit with Dr Healy since my other doctor retired. He took his time to clearly review and explain my MRI results and answered any questions I had. He has a very pleasing demeanor and I look toward to having him continue as my physician.
