Dr. Andrew Dennis Hirsch, DO

Dr.Hirsch is an awesome doctor. Has great bedside manner!

I am not very happy with my experience. I have had three instances that were very unpleasant over the past 1.5 years. I requested them to complete paperwork, it took them over a month to send it completed (it was sent incomplete several times missing signatures, dates, and answers to questions). When I asked to speak with the manager she was very rude and continued to make excuses and false claims that it was sent. I also have been denied to be seen for allergies as they "will not see sick patients"; I was given a tele health appointment in which they obviously could not check my lungs, when asked about this they informed me I would probably be asked to get an xray... so more money out of my pocket for what reason exactly? My biggest issue is with the front staff, I worked in a doctor office for several years and recognized that i was working with patients that have elevated stress levels and did my best to never become combative. The second issue is that they always need to be… right... which is bad customer service. A few staff were good though Dr. Spreitzer and Ziegler are amazing... they are the only reason I stayed as long as I did!

Don’t you hate when you go to a doctor and you seem to know more than he does? The big tip off was when I was leaving, I spotted a cabinet full of MLM vitamins and supplements he was selling. I wasn’t impressed with his staff either. The receptionist was on the phone and didn’t even look up to acknowledge me and tell me she’d be with me in a moment. I’m not going back.

I have been seeing Dr. Hirsch for many, many years. I am very particular about how knowledgable, compassionate, and caring my Doctors are. He is, in my opinion, the best around. All of my friends go to him now that I have praised him so often, and they agree completely. He knows his business and he always gets the job done. He always has a welcoming smile, he listens to you and he asks you questions. As I said, he's the best. Thank you, Dr. Hirsch. Ps. He has a great staff also.

Have been seeing Dr. Hirsch as my primary care physician for at least 7 years. He was highly recommended to me by more than one friend. Once you find a good doc you pass the word! He takes time with his patients and is very caring in demeanor. Plus has a great sense of humor. The PAs, nurses and office staff that work with him have always been great. Could write more and more...he needs more than 5 stars.

Dr Hirsch was reccomended to my husband & myself thru a friend who is also a patient there. We found the doctor to be extremely nice & caring. he will spend alot of time with you & you do not feel rushed in the least bit! He will also see us together since we both go to each other's appointments anyway. I highly reccomend Dr Hirsch!
