I LIKE DR ANDREW , I TOOK MY MOM TO HIM FOR HER KNEE PROBLEM HE WAS VERY HELPFULL , VERY PROFESSIONAL, VERY FRENDLY ABAVE ALL MY MOM IS HAPPY WITH HIM.WHEN THE OTHER DRS COME SHE ASK WERE IS HE :-) THEY TOLD HER HE'S COMING

Never return calls from patient. His Admin didn't return calls in a timely manner. Doctor received CD from another Doctor and didn't contact patient when he received to discuss the reasons for he CD.

The receptionist for Dr. Holmes is never at her desk, they do not follow up, they cancel appointments and forget to reschedule. You have to call Dr. Holmes Administriative assistant Ms. Yolanda 50 times before she calls you back. She is very forgetful. They need undercover boss. Dr. Holmes is very nice

This office is extremely frustrating. Calls are not returned by physician or nurses. Patients are treated as a nusiance by nursing staff. Not worth the supposed expertise to be treated so poorly.

Refused to answer questions because he was too busy. Refused to call me back when I needed help. Did not listen. Accordingly, gave me bad information. Gave me incorrect information about a medication. Did not tell me results of an x-ray. Did not show x-ray to me. I thought him very abusive.

Dr. Holmes did an excellent job on my hip replacement

Not only is in difficult to get an appointment but I had appointments cancelled three times and rescheduled. He is very pleasant to work with thugh the last injection I received was "new" and had no effect. A typical wait for him is 45 minutes after the appontment is scheduled.

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.
