Dr Hvidston has done multiple procedures on me. Both knees, both rotator cuffs and many things in between. He is always honest, professional, kind, patient he listens and explains in a manner I can understand. He gives all the options and explains and explains until I can make a choice that is right for me.

Doctor told me my wrist was not aligned properly but chose not to do surgery. My cast had my thumb pointing away from my body, a very unnatural position, and as a result I have the bone on the outside sticking out and causing difficulty with writing....ever since 1999. Dr. Hvidsten has a terrible bedside manner. Left wrist broken in 2008, surgery, pins and a great outcome, done by an Essential doctor in Detroit Lakes, Mn. I saw Hvidsten again a couple years ago for back pain issues and will never see him again. His attitude was equally disgusting.

Due to a deformity, my knee replacement was a very difficult case. Six months after my surgery, I was pain free and hiking up mountains.

He did a great job on my leg even though it was shattered like an egg shell. I would recommed him to anyone.
