Dr. Andrew Gareth Jones, MD

He is the most responsive doctor I have ever met. Anytime i send him a message asking something, he gets back to me within a couple of hours. He is very quick in making referrals or ordering tests, if there is even a slight chance of those helping my health. He explains everything clearly and cares about his patients. I will be keeping him as my PCP as long as he keeps me :)

I like Dr Jones. He is all business and gets to the bottom of things . Calls with results, Hardly no wait time when you arrive and explains everything to you.

He seems to be more concerned about sticky to a 30 minute appointment than spending time getting to know his patients. You fill out a form he created I called regarding some things not covered and he asked me which questions, as if I memorized the form and then said for the next visit or physical we could pick a few key points to fit into the 30 minute timeframe. My health should be more important. After some tests i was told I had a hiatal hernia in my esophagus but that could be treated with medication. I have been on medication for this for several years which he renews for me so you think he would know that.

Dr. Jones has been very thorough and proactive with my health care. He meticulously reviewed my family medical history as well as current issues, and is not reluctant to make referrals to specialists. He takes his time, and that is refreshing. Very pleasant demeanor.

I don't understanding these bad reviews on this doctor . My previous doctor has left the practice and Andrew Jones was automatically assigned to me. I wasn't sure I was going to keep him but it was time for my physical . Couple things came up in my physical and he was quick to order special test to make sure It was nothing serious . He called me personally to explain the results of a test to me . He also always get back to me if I text him through the my health app. I will be keeping him even though his not the closest doctor to me.

Dr. Jones is an excellent clinician. He put so much time and energy into my health and I fully trust him with my medical care. Great doctor.

Dr. Jones is a unidimensional, hyper conformist western approach MD whose residency I learned was completed solely but for the grace of a technicality and some personal connections. His ability is limited to superficial diagnoses and vaccinations. He also seems to have a personal bias against anyone who isn't stick thin and enjoys a Whopper on occasion. Not likable. Not good with kids. Other parents haven't had much good to say about him but we know there's a shortage of docs here. He'll do fine for minor stuff but be ready for an unwelcome lecture on nutrition and a naive view on the reality of working parents. He probably never had a job before this one.

Didn't seem to confident. Smart but not real friendly with my kid.

This doctor needs to improve his bedside manner. Diagnosis was okay, but no better than internet. I get he's new and I guess he's young but he rolled his eyes at me and acted like I was stupid. I won't go back to him or recommend him, especially to anyone with kids.
