Staff makes you feel comfortable in a relaxed atmosphere. Dr. Kim has such a great demeanor and hands so gentle you wouldn't know he is working on you. This office was so nice and caring.

I had an awesome experience with a root canal. The procedure was painless and Dr. Kim took every step so he could ensure that I stayed . comfortable and informed the entire time. Pleasantly surprised and would recommend!

My experience at this dentist was terrible. After doing an x-ray and explaining what I needed to get done, they told me to come back in a week once my insurance had confirmed if they covered the work or not. I waited a week and went back to have them tell me that my insurance had not gotten back to them and to wait until they called me in. I waited another two weeks before calling my insurance who told me they had never received anything from the dentist. I went in once more to ask why they had kept me waiting around for 3 WEEKS, knowing that i was in pain and needed work done as quickly as possible and I was rudely dismissed by the dentist who told me I had not clarified what exactly it was I wanted done. If this was in fact the case, I am unsure why they had me wait around for a "response from my insurance" when they had in fact not sent anything in. Everyone at this office is extremely rude and unprofessional. If the dentist did not want to accept me as a patient so I could have… found a dentist who would.

Im deeply disappointed at the service of this dentist office, first & foremost the receptionist are a representation of the doctor I find they are unprofessional and condescending, and the dentist himself is untrustworthy I went for a check up and he said to me i needed no work done... I actually recently had visited 2 prior dentist & was told by both that I needed xyz done and they both determined the same exact diagnosis & this doctor totally disregarded me and didn’t want to work with my insurance And told me to go back to my other dentist he should be ashamed of himself... he picks and chooses what patients he feel fit and that is very dishonest my insurance was within network... so there was no reason for him to tell me he didn’t see anything I needed done... I then went to another dentist after his visit and they coaborated with what the 2 prior dentist said i needed done and had my work done with them. Patients please beware it’s hard to find trusting dentist who are honest!

Whenever I call for a last minute appt, they always put me in. The doctor and staff are great!
