Dr Andrew Klein is an Amazing Doctor simply put. Our family pediatrician for 14yr and counting.

This doctor makes you wait for ever and doesn't follow up with his patients afterwards.Staff is rude and to fill out basic paperwork they want to bill you even though you payed for appointment already.

During our first visit (and of course our last), we were arrogantly greeted by the doctorâ??s nurse and receptionist, who we later learned was his â??daughter,â?? and therefore believed that she can speak and treat her fathers patients any way she feels fit. Both the nurse and the â??Drâ??s daughterâ?? were extremely rude and disregarding of our sons need to see a Dr. Although the lack of human courtesy from the Drâ??s nurse and â??daughterâ?? does not say much about the Drâ??s competency as a medical â??professional,â?? (Im sure he graduated medical school) this may: while the nurse and the â??Drâ??s daughterâ?? were behaving the way they felt they could (considering that they probably will not be fired), the Dr. was standing just a few feet away, and in my opinion was able to hear everything! He did not get involved in any way to make sure that his patient, a 6 day-old boy, is seen today without hesitation or attitude from his staff and â??daughterâ??. Perhaps he could have… interrupted his â??daughterâ?? to ask if there are any urgent medical issues with the boy, or the least that he could have done was to ask his â??daughterâ?? and nurse to end their unnecessary or uncalled for tantrum and allow him to see the child. In my view, his lack of control, initiative, or unwillingness to inquire about our sonâ??s well-being demonstrates his lack of care for children, one of the many important qualities that a pediatrician must have! In my opinion, you should stay away!

Terrible billing department. Extremely unhelpful. Just looking to get money not to actually resolve an issue. Would not recommend.

My daughter has been seen by doctor Klein for the last three years. He and his wife are very intelligent and nice persons. During the appointment days I don't have to wait for hours until he will see my daughter, it takes for me to wait no more than 15 minutes. But his stuff is so rude and impolite that I have seriously start thinking to change him. They are extremely rude and disrespectful that I feel disgust to be present in that office!!! I am very sorry that Dc Klein, being such a great specialist, will lose his clients because of his uneducated stuff, girls, who can't listen, ignore, and make fun at clients ..... I don't really want to change the doctor but I have to....

Some reviewers have indicated that the staff is rude. That is not exactly true and at any rate the service has improved of late (I have noticed that some of these reviews are over 5 years old). The service is not warm but I am not expecting warm and cuddly when handing over my co-payment. What I do expect are doctors who are always available when I need them for my daughter, and an extremely high level of expertise and competence when she has been seen and treated by them. That's exactly the kind of treatment that we have received over the past 7 years. I recommend both Drs. Klein unreservedly.

Staff should be more polite,understanding an helpful

We have had Dr Klein as a Pediatrician for our son for 13 years now. He has always been there when we needed him night or day. Dr Klein also lives in our community so it is not unusual to see him at the gas station or super market, and he always speaks and ask how our son is. Dr Klein loves what he does and it shows. Extremely intelligent and extremely caring and that Goes double for his Wife also DR Klein and his Staff.

Dr. Klein was my 2 daughter's pediatrician since the day they were born until they were 21 years old.He is now my grandson's doctor. He is a very kind and gentle man. He ALWAYS took his time when seeing my girls. They loved him. He is family and always will be. I couldn't ask for a better doctor! He also has a great staff! Very professional and wonderful girls.

Dr. Andrew Klein is a fantastic pediatrician. He is kind, patient, and caring. I would not see any other doctor besides him.
