I went to Dr Nelson after an accident with2 shoulder injuries. The first appointment he was ok. Didn't talk much, typed a bunch. Answers to questions i had seemed brief. Told me to do 3 exercises at home. Went back 3-4 weeks later, waited almost an hour for him to come into the room. Now I had more pain, and he spoke even less. Had me move my arms and told me to get an MRI. Still no PT. Then the nightmare started. Trying to get approval with their Pre-testing Dept was a nightmare along with the doctor who took 9 days to finally respond to the insurance company. I finally went to see Dr Swan in Woodbridge (referral from a friend) and within a couple of days, I was examined, had PT scheduled and the MRI taken.

Dr Nelson was wonderful. The P.A. asst was also great.

I appreciate the honesty of Dr Nelson .
