Dr. Andrew Bansi Pandya, MD

Dr Pandya is kind, cares about his patients and knows what he's doing. I've had many back injections from other doctors and his were the least painful and lasted longer.

I have read a comment or two here, and I am "flabbergasted." At no time was any treatment forced on me, nor was I ever pressured into doing anything I did not want to do. I have been a patient of Dr. Pandya for many years, and he has helped me through many crises' and hard times. Years ago, I was assured that I would never be "given up" on, and I haven't been. Sometimes, when any doctor sees a patient, notes are written which are later recorded in a permanent record. At any rate, my experience with Dr. Pandya has been positive and helpful, and I would recommend him to anyone in need of the type of services he performs.

Dr. Pandya is not an honest Dr. I have the proof because I was smart enough to copy my records immediately and then when I later went back in he had altered my records, inserted information that was not there, bingo I got him., which has been sent to the proper authorities, upon me leaving his practice after he tried to force me to get a spinal stimulator,and when I refused, he put in my records I needed mental health and was not a candidate to have one and he could no longer have me at his practice.He also did not take into consideration the financial hardship it would of put on me. I also expressed I did not want a foreign object in my body and the scarring it would cause for me to do so. He gave me multiple injections in my lower back that caused a big indentation and ate the tissue from the steroids, which was brought to his attention and never did anything about, he performed an epidural that sent me to the ER 5 times in a 3 mo. period for severe headaches from the cerebral… fluid and caused me to have a Tarlov cyst which is something I don't wish on anyone. I am retired former law enforcement officer and feel it is my duty to forewarn you of the negligence in care you may endure under his care. Beware folks he is nice in the beginning until you don't do what he says

He is nice in the beginning, until you don't go along with his spinal stimulator, he will turn on you, make all kinds of accusations against you. write false facts in your file and turn it around on you.

Never got to see him as my phone calls were never returned and when I called and finally got to speak to a person I was was told I did not have current x-rays, CT scans, MRI or labwork so I was not eligible to see him.

there seems to be little or no communication in the office which has led to mix ups in prescriptions, appointments, and payment. His assistant, Dee, is very rude and has a tenancy to treat the patients like lesser beings because they are in pain. His PA sounds poorly educated and fails to follow up on the simplest of tasks.

Dr.Pandya is warm and personable. He seems to know his field. However, he is obviously very harried. His staff also seems to be harried. They appear to be distracted and unhappy with their work. Perhaps they have a morale problem. The office is very inefficient and the staff tends to be unfriendly and lacks courtesy. There were repeated errors in their medical record-keeping regarding my treatments. In addition, there was a problem scheduling follow-up appointments that I was told I needed. After each appointment, I was told to wait for them to call within a week to schedule a follow-up appointment. Both times, they did not call. Instead, I had to call and leave messages to try to set up follow-up appointments.

I had a back injury in 1977. I have had experienced many disappointing doctor visits until Dr. Andrew Pandya. He quickly diagnosed my problem in just a few minutes and took the extra time to explain to me and my husband what could be done and how he would like to do it. I am going for my 2ND visit this week, whether my pain goes away or not, I know he will not stop until he has mastered my problem. I have unconditional respect for such a loving and caring Doctor. It has been a long journey through many misdianogises and painful experiences with other until now. I am so happy to have become a patient of Dr. Pandya.

I was living in GA at the time of my accident. I wasn't too happy with going to a doctor in Georgia because I'm from a big city where some of the best doctor's in America practice. I had to settle for one in Savannah, so when i went in to see Dr. Panyda I wasn't very trustworthy in him. After I spent almost 2 years with him as my doctor, I didn't want to leave. He is amazing, he cares, and you can tell he truely wants to help you. I moved back to Pittsburgh, an everyday I wish I was still under his care. Amazing doctor, very friendly. I would definitely reccommend him to anyone that asks. Thanks!!!

I would recommend Dr. Pandya to anyone. He is considerate and very helpful. He seems to be able to spot your problem quickly and take care of it the best he can.
