Dr. Andrew Robert Pogozelski, MD

Busy guy, but always takes the time.

Dr. Pogozelski was called in to see me when I was in the hospital by my own cardiologist. He put a catheter in my heart and changed my medications around. I eventually peed so much I lost over 30 pounds of water. I had previously required oxygen but now I don't need it anymore. I am so grateful for everything he did for me and my family.

I drive about 3 hours to see Dr. Pogo. He was actually recommended to me by my neighbor. Dr. Pogo sees at least a dozen people I know. All of us are willing to drive 2-3 hours just to see him. He is extremely honest and easy to speak with. I should also mention that my husband also sees him. You can tell that he is extremely busy. He always has a waiting room full of people and has a long wait to see him. Once you're his patient he will see you as quickly as you need to though. He and his nurse, Erin, are always willing to return calls and deal with anything remotely that they can. He is the best!!!

This person is always rude, acts like she could care less about you, eats while talking to you or laughs at her baby instead of paying attention. She makes one mistake after another when calling in your prescription, even when you tell her that you are having problems. Twice she has made a mistake in sending the prescription to my pharmacy—it will be five days if I even get it tomorrow!

Dr. Pogo is the most intelligent and caring doctor we have ever seen. He saved my husband from an unnecessary open-heart surgery because of his sharp eye and concern for an older patient. He is extremely thorough and not afraid to order more tests and consult with other doctors in order to give his patients the best possible treatment and care. He also takes his time and explains everything exceedingly well in terms a patient can understand. We love him and hope to have him as our #1 cardiologist for a very long time!

He is known for seeing complex heart cases. A lot of other doctors use him as their cardiologist. He is also super nice and down to earth.

Excellent patient care. Very thorough and compassionate. Took the time to explain things, asked me if I had any questions. He actually sat down, was not in a rush to the next appointment. I know I'm in good hands
