Dr. Andrew Jacob Polk

I saw Dr. Polk for cataracts. Dr. Polk is very intelligent and takes his time to explain and answer any questions you have. I give him a 10+

I saw Dr. Polk today. I had been told in the past I had some conditions, some for years, He found no evidence of any of the diagnosis’s I previously had. His time with me seemed rushed. He was not very personal. I mentioned some issues. He did not look into them, even though I had mentioned them verbally as well as to the intake person. I’m disappointed with how my visit went. I felt rushed as previously stated. At the end of my appointment I didn’t feel comfortable reiterating my different concerns. Over all I’m glad my eyes are healthy, but I may seek care elsewhere.

Very pleased with Dr. Polk and the complete experience was great. He took the time to explain and answered my questions.

The technicians were not capable of performing the tests and scans. This resulted in being rescanned an additional 10 times. Information requested was withheld for 20 calendar days. This resulted in a rushed request for the additional testing the last working day prior to the scheduled procedure. Scheduling times and address information was incomplete and inaccurate. I am glad I cancelled the procedures scheduled since my care didn't matter.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Polk. He and the entire staff made me feel very comfortable. I felt that he was very knowledgeable and he answered all of my questions. In addition he has a nice personality and it was a pleasure to have a conversation with. Thank You!

Dr. Polk, is the best eye doctor I've ever been to. He is friendly, keeps you informed and explains things so a layman can understand. I had cataract surgery on both eyes, and I don't remember seeing as well as I do now. I highly recommend Dr. Polk

Dr. Polk, was effective, thorough, and very attentive to my needs and problems and had an assistant come in with him to record his diagnosis as he was revealing them, which gave me good confidence in this doctor in his office.
