Dr. Andrew Ralls, DO

This dr. has missed his calling in life. He simply refuses to listen to anything the patients says. Even if his way is causing more difficulty for the patient. He need to figure out that he is working for the patient not the patient working for him. All I can say is terrible, terrible, terrible!!!! I would certainly not reccomend him. For anything!

Dr. Ralls is a good doctor. I admire him very much, and I'm confident he will do well in his life and his career. He was a tremendous help to me with the many complex problems I presented to him during each appointment. My only advice to him, and I am qualified to offer advice since I'm almost old enough to be his mother, is, to keep your mind open. Try not to make judgment calls based on other people's judgment calls. Dear, Dr. Ralls. My integrity is the one thing I have never compromised. I leave you with my integrity intact. Your first concern is the health and well-being of your patients. You should not rely on biased opinions of your staff. But, because, in my case, you did that very thing, my heart is broken to think your opinion of me, after 2 years, is heavily influenced by a member of your staff who had worked at your clinic for less than a year. She destroyed our doctor/patient relationship with false accusations, and damaged my reputation in your eyes as well as the rest of… the local medical community. You are just starting out with your career, but how am I going to receive quality healthcare after this woman has besmirched my good name? Perhaps she thinks I will slither off quietly as if I had done something wrong. But, even as I write this review, I am sending letters and e-mails to various agencies requesting formal reviews and appropriate actions regarding this woman's conduct. She, and by association, you, have made me feel like a subhuman being. I have dealt with clinical depression my entire life, and suffered chronic pain for the last 15 years. My tests, MRI's, diagnoses etc., were all conducted by the hospital with which you were affiliated. You had access to all my documentation, yet, because of this staff member, you terminated me as a patient via certified mail, without explanation. I was your patient for 2 years, and another intern's patient 2 years prior to your internship at the clinic. During my last appointment with you, I confided that I had developed a different outlook regarding my depression, and I was optimistic. Now, I just feel broken. You know I've tried to get help from the Ozark Center, and have been failed by them more than once. It's not as if I thrived on depression and pain. The past year has been especially difficult. You know what I've been through. And now, this. But, I tell you again, Dr. Ralls, you will never meet another person with as much integrity as I have. If I have nothing else, I'm proud to say that my dignity and strength of character have not diminished. And I will not allow that woman to treat another patient the way she has maligned me in only 8 short months without all inquiries made. I truly wish you the best, but I also truly believe you owe me an apology. But, since that will never happen, I hope you at least learn from this, your review, on this website, and benefit from it.
