I want to thank Dr.Rosen and his staff for such excellent service throughout my entire pregnancy. This was my first pregnancy and Dr.Rosen was truly amazing and so much help the whole time. I am an extremely worried person and he made sure to talk through everything with me and made sure that I knew that me and my baby were perfectly fine and if I ever had any questions or if I was every worried about the baby he made sure to let me know I could always call and he would squeeze me in so he could reassure me that my baby was just fine. When it came down to having my baby Dr.Rosen was exceptional, I ended up having a c section and I had been a little upset over it and Dr.Rosen assured me that it happens and that I should never feel like I failed because I didn’t. Dr.Rosen pays attention to everything and he makes sure you’re taken care of , while at the hospital he made sure that the nurses kept my compression stockings on and the machines on my calf’s , I ended up having a little bit of… trouble with my heart and Dr.Rosen was there to help me through everything. I will continue to recommend him to all my family and friends and I will definitely be seeing him again when I decide to have another baby. Thank you so much for everything and making me feel comfortable and safe throughout my whole pregnancy and thank you for everything at the hospital . You are truly an amazing doctor .

Took My Teenage Daughter for her exam . He took his time explaining safe sex and how she needs to be responsible with her body . When it came to the exam he was gentle and explained everything to her. He made her feel very comfortable and cared for

I have always been treated with excellent service and care by Dr. Rosen and his staff. He is extremely caring and compassionated. He worked wonders with me for my bladder problems caused by MS. He is the best in El Paso. I am extremely blessed to have him as my Doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Andrew Rosen for 17 plus years. He has provided exceptional care on both the OB and GYN aspects of my overall health. I have referred several friends to Dr. Rosen.

I personally do not recommend Dr. Rosen to any women who wants to have a vaginal birth, a VBAC, or a say in her birthing plan. He has a 71% c-section rate (www.improvingbirth.org). I also had a medically unnecessary c-section at the hand of Dr. Rosen. I was ~8 cm dilated and fetal heart rates were in the 120's when I was strapped to the OR table. My c-section was documented as unscheduled and not an emergency. Dr. Rosen did not go over the informed consent document with me or the alternative procedures. My edema after the surgery was so extensive that my heart & lungs almost failed. I had sensory nerve damage from my belly button to the incision site for over 6-weeks. I will forever remember this traumatic delivery because I have permanent sensory nerve damage in my abdomen due to an unnecessary c-section performed by Dr. Rosen.

I been seeing Dr. Rosen since 2003 its worth the waiting because when your time comes he gives an excellent quality of time to answer, and explain all your questions and concerns. Even when being at the hospital in labor he would make sure nurses gave us good quality of attention and assist us with all our needs to make the moment more comfortable. If I was to have baby #4 I would definitely go to Dr. Rosen. Even know that I visit for no pregnancy he still gives me the same quality of professional care. Thank You Dr. Rosen and Staff

Sometimes I had to wait for him to come to the room for 3 hours! He seems to be a really nice guy but he is not. Be careful.

I personally do not recommend Dr. Rosen because I did not have a good experience. I learned that one should NEVER sign an informed consent document for a c-section until the physician is present.

Dr. Rosen is a great doctor I had a high risk pregnancy with twins, I was hospitalized for two months and he went everyday to visit me to make sure everything was going well, I was dilated 1 cm at 21 weeks, after I explain to him on my first visit that I lost my first baby on similar circumstances he didnt hesitate and take all the precautions needed and put me on the hospital at the right time to avoid another miscarriage . If ever get pregnant again I will definitely go back, I am really thankful with him.
