Dr. Andrew C Schutrumpf

Dr. Schutrumpf is my 5th internist in 71 years while living in3 different states and 5 different cities. He has been a god send the last 17 years. He is thoughtful, knowledgeable,extremely professional and has been most accurate in his many diagnosis’ for me. He has made my life better.

He has the worse track record for following up with his clients. The level of knowledge with various internal medicine issues is low.

Unprofessional and does not have much knowledge or real care for patients.

Excellent Doctor, involves patient with treatment, works with you like a team.

Dr. Schutrumpf is the best doctor that I have ever had, and I have had some of the best during my residence abroad, in New York City, in the Midwest, and in Richmond. He is brilliant, his diagnosis are spot on, he is very kind and patient, his wit and sense of humor is unparalled, he is proof indeed that I continue to live a charmed life, and I hope he lives forever!

Dr. Schutrrumpf is a Great Doctor. He has real feelings for you, but the staff is the Worst. They promise you a return call, and EVERY Time I need a prescription filled it takes DAYS to get them to respond. I think he needs to replace his staff. I am very disappointed in his absence of the on call Doctors, as they really do not care.

He spends tons of time with patients but has the worst follow-up ever. Had to ask repeatedly for a medical letter, took nearly a month and then it was literally 3 sentences. Really? Very goofy. Well intentioned, maybe even accurate, but I'd rather see one of the other doctors in the practice.

Awesome Dr. that generally cares about your issues. I have been with Dr. Schutrumpf for over 13 years and wouldnt change providers!!!

IVE BEEN SEEING THIS DR. FOR OVER 11YRS NOW AND HAVE EXPEIRENCE NOTHING BUT GREATNESS! HE LISTENS TO MY CONCERNS AND ADDRESSING THEM IMMEDIATELY!! IF A SPECIALIST IS NEEDED A REFERRAL IS DONE THE SAME DAY. AWESOME DR.!!

It is so difficult trying to get a hold of someone at that office! I've called all day from the time they open until noon, I still can't get anyone on the phone. All I get is the messageing system. I've left messages earlier this week until now, still no one has called me back to follow up. I don't feel that they care or feel that I'm important to them. I have a hard time getting treated because they don't keep records of my medical history with them. I don't want anyone to go through what I've been through.
