Dr. Andrew A Seltzer, DO

Writing on behalf of. my 89 year old mom who I brought in for trigger finger surgery 6 weeks ago. His staff and him are prompt, courteous absolutely. outstanding. He's the rare physician. who has great bedside manner and shows compassion to his patients. Shocke at this low rating.

Dr Seltzer and his staff are amazing. Just got my 6 week post-op discharge and I’m sad because I won’t see them anymore. They are sick sweet, caring & professional. If you need a hand surgeon he is your man!!

Would not recommend. Horrible bedside.staff that were not kind.poor pain management post operative.Left me with a hand I can barely use as it flared up my arthritis and he did not care at all.

Made a sales pitch based on xray, Wanted to do LRTI on Rt thumb without touching my thumb. After insisting a strriod shot did he agree but placing the injection on the wrong side of my thumb even after I strongly disaggred, The injection had absolutely NO affect on the pain, totally usless. scheduled another appointment 6wks later for another injection which he refused as he walked out insisting if I'm in pain I should consider LRTI surgury as he walked out leaving me and the nurse in shock. never again!

I don't like going to the doctors but who does! From the moment I walked into Dr SELTZER office I felt at ease! The doctor greets you with a smile, is extremely pleasant, talks to you and explains in detail what you have and the options available to you! If you need an Orthopedic Physicain this is the doctor you want to See! Great doctor, great staff! I read the bad reviews on this site and honestly can't believe there talking about Dr. Seltzer as I stated he is Awesome! Recommended him to my son!

My husband injured his hand and needed surgery to repair a severed nerve. We waited 1 1/2 hrs to see Dr.Selzer. He spent 5 minutes with us, told us that surgery wasn't necessary. Wrong call.

i had a total knee replacement done by dr selzer about eleven yrs ago and its been great, i had no problems with it over the yrs. i now plan on having him do my other knee.

I had a fracture in my left hand and Dr. Seltzer took care of it. Later on, in consequence of a fall , I suffered a serious damage to my right hand that required surgery. Been satisfied with my first experience with the Dr., I procured his care. He performed the needed surgery and I'm very happy with the result. What amazed me,been a wife of a plastic surgeon, was how neat the stitches were,not leaving a future scar in my hand. I only have praise for Dr. Seltzer and his staff.
