Very arrogant and rude. Please do yourself a favor and find a better doctor.

Super great doc, super great medical office staff. But why oh why can't they get the billing right? Statements are sent with incorrect amounts. Had an appointment even cancelled when they incorrectly thought I was not in network, took hours of trying to get them on the phone with my insurance co to get that one straight. Staff becomes very defensive (even raises their voices) when you call them to try to get a corrected statement. Something needs to be done. Almost makes you want to find a different provider. :-(

Quick to schedule. Friendly staff. Very quick to return calls. Professional and very through. Explains reasoning behind testing . And very good follow up in the office

Been going to Dr. Shea for about 5 years now. Has always been very kind and patient. Listens to my issues. Do not feel rushed as I do at my other doctor's offices. Have had both an upper scope and colon scope with him. center very professional. painless. nurse calls me back same day. overall very happy with my care and will continue to go to him

Got his name from a very good friend of mine i have known for very long time. I had stomach issues for a very long time and had gone to several other gut doctors and they could never figure out the problem. So I was a little dubious when I went to see him. First of, the wait was not that long in the waiting room or in the exam room. He was very professional . The thing that stood out the most was the fact that he took the time to listen to my problems. I did not feel rushed like at other doctors. Offices. He even explained his thought process and outlined a plan of trying to figure out the problem. It took a few tests but he did diagnose my problem and we treated it and finally my gut is happy again.

I have been a patient of his for many years. He has taking care of my routine proceedures and my irritable bowel issues. have also taken time to listen to my problems. i have never felt rushed during our visits. He comes with different options of treatment and we also discusss together what is the best way. the scope center staff is also very professional and kind. never had any issues there either. will continue to see him for my problems and procedures.

The scheduling was very easy. I was able to talk to a live person quickly which is always nice. Front desk very nice and professional . Looks like recent remodel done as well. Dr Shea was very kind and courteous. I did not feel rushed during the visit. Also carefully explained to me reasons behind testing being recommended. Results from testing recieived in a very timely manner. His nurse also very nice as well which is always a big bonus
